MDM Permian, Inc. is a publicly traded oil and gas company established in 2019 and listed on the pink sheets under the symbol MDMP. Mark T. Warner played a pivotal role in attracting investors and opportunities to the company. In March 2023, Warner secured a new controlling investor and assumed the position of President and CEO. Shortly after, he assembled a new management team.
Since then, the team has successfully raised capital, acquired multiple assets, and achieved the company’s first revenue-generating quarter. MDM Permian focuses on acquiring, reworking, and operating oil and gas wells in East Texas and the Permian Basin. Texas, known for its rich mineral and hydrocarbon resources, saw record production in its oil and gas industry in 2023.
The East Texas Basin, which includes major fields like the East Texas Oil Field and the Carthage Field, has produced over 5.4 billion barrels of oil and contributes more than 3.7 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of gas per day to the domestic supply. The Permian Basin, the largest crude-producing region in Texas and a leading global oil-producing area, set a record in 2023 with 6,165 million barrels per day, representing about 45% of the total U.S. oil production. Additionally, the Permian Basin gas production exceeded $100 billion in 2023.
MDM Permian’s team is diligently working to acquire, rework, and produce assets in these prolific regions. With a dedicated approach and ongoing efforts, the company is poised for a promising future, aiming to generate value for its investors and shareholders.

President & CEO
Mark Warner was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2023. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors. With over forty years of experience in the financial services industry, he brings extensive expertise in management, fundraising, and acquisitions across various sectors, including oil and gas. Mark has a BBA in Finance.
Richard Garza
CFO
Richard Garza serves as the Chief Financial Officer of MDM Permian, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Directors. He holds a BBA in Accounting and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. Richard began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1981, with experience at major companies including Exxon Company USA and Chesapeake Energy. Throughout his career, he has built a broad network of industry contacts and has supported various companies in exploring oil and gas opportunities across the country.
Rachel Green
VP of Operations and Investor Relations
Rachel Green is the Vice President of Operations and Investor Relations at MDM Permian, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors. With over twenty years of experience in daily operations across various industries—including financial services, mortgage, real estate, and oil and gas—Rachel has developed a comprehensive knowledge base in HR, licensing, company filings, financial reports, and more.
Richard Segura
NGU Resources/Contractor – Acquisitions and Railroad Commission
Richard Segura is the President of NGU Resources and holds a contract position crucial for identifying acquisitions for MDM Permian and managing all filings and interactions with the Texas Railroad Commission. With nearly forty years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Richard leverages his extensive network to source valuable asset acquisition opportunities for the company.
Dr. Gregory McKeever, MD
Member, Board of Directors
Dr. McKeever brings a wealth of experience and expertise to MDM Permian. He is a practicing physician located in Huntsville, Texas. His involvement in various businesses, including the oil and gas industry, has earned him a reputation as a successful entrepreneur and investor. Dr. McKeever has been a significant investor in MDM Permian for a considerable period and is enthusiastic about contributing to the company’s strategic direction and continued success.
